How is a Leather Belt Produced?


While producing leather belts, leather is first cut according to the size and width. Then the end part where the buckle will join is shaped. If the belt will be patterned, the pattern is engraved on the leather in the laser cutting machine and the belt is curved. Then the part where the buckle of the belt will meet is cut and holes are made in the leather. The edges of the belt are painted with ink after the slit is made to attach the buckle. Then the belt is hung in the dryer. Dried belts are polished. A ring is attached to the end of the leather, and then a clasp. The tag is attached to the ring and finally the belt buckle is sewn into place. The prepared belts are sent for shipment to be sold.

It is applied to the leather belt by feeding the coconut oil in the same way with the fingers or with the help of a cotton ball and left to dry.
